Outcome: 3rd Degree Theft Charges Dismissed
Description: Client was charged with theft by adding hours to her payroll figures. Based on arguments made by Bailey & Orozco, the case was successfully downgraded to the Municipal Court from Superior Court, due to defects in State's case. The total Theft was approximately $3,000.00. All charges were dismissed in the Municipal Court after the State's witnesses failed to appear and the defense made a Motion to Dismiss for failure to Prosecute.
